Caira Dortch

Education - High School: Hillcrest High School (2005), Springfield, MO. College: University of Arkansas (BA, Psychology - 2009).

Volleyball Experience - played varsity setter four years at Hillcrest High School (All-District, All-Region Selections). Three years as a setter at the University of Arkansas (All SEC Academic Teams). Also played Club Bear Volleyball for six years.

Coaching Experience - Ozark Juniors, Springdale, Arkansas (3 years); Evangel University, Springfield, MO (1 year).

Current Employer - Full-time graduate student at Evangel University; First year as Evangel University Varsity Assistant and Head JV Coach.

Caira is IMPACT certified. This is her first year to coach for Club Bear. Her favorite quote is "Be confident, but not cocky. Play on edge, but don't lose control. Play with heart, but use your head. And most importantly, do everything as if unto the Lord." (Jarrod Dortch, 2006)
